Designed and built in 1878 in Victorian style by A Fenton Spencer as the Prince of Wales Hotel, it features a metal cantilevered balcony above the corner door and a dentilated cornice, and attic windows. The front section is 2 storeys and the back 3 storeys. It later became a private residence.
