On left hand side is the Biblical quote 'Behold, the dreamer cometh. Come now therefore, and let us slay him...and we shall see what will become of his dreams.' (Genesis 37:19-20, King James Version.) It was painted over two nights in August 1991 by Andrew Aiken and Juilee Pryor with the help of others, notably Tony Spanos who provided the cherry picker crane used on the second night. Some months after painting the mural, the artists added the Aboriginal Flag to its base as a response to continued graffiti attacks and postering, along with the words 'Don't poster here, show respect.' A small raised garden bed which was previously at the base of the mural had by this time been removed.
