Unique IDAG-0207DescriptionThe Compliance and Asset Management (CAM) Division contains two teams:
The Compliance and Prosecution Group (headed by the City Prosecutor) established with the Office of the General Manager (by RoC 13 May 2002). The group brought together existing enforcement units from Health, and Building Regulation/Compliance (both within CA 177 Living City Services).
The CAM Group, established within the Office of the General Manager. This Group grew out of the former City Service Development unit, which emerged within the Corporate Services Division during 2000 (more research needed here).
"The CAM acts as the City's main purchaser and coordinates competitive tendering, asset management, service delivery arrangements, performance management systems" (GM's Notes [Newsletter to staff] 5 June 2001).
The first and only Director of the CAM Division was Ms Gayle Sloan.
