Responsibility for management of the Council's property portfolio was formerly within the Corporate Resources division.
The portfolio comprises -
- Operational property (such as Town Hall House and various depots, aquatic centres, parks and other facilities).
- Investment property both commercial and residential.
- Residue property remaining after resumptions (especially during the early C20).
