Unique IDAG-0250DescriptionThe division Workforce Services was created on 1 September 2009 (Director Susan Pettifer), with three businjess units: (1) Occupational Health & Safety; (2) Human Resources Operations; (3) Workforce Capability & Learning. As a stand-alone division it is no longer administratively subordinate to the CEO office.

On 17 January 2011 the division Workforce Services changed name to Workforce and Information Services after adding the business unit Information Management.

The division comprises the following units:
- Workplace Health and Safety
- Human Resources - Operations
- Workforce Development
- Information Services
