They originated from the Planning and Building Department (AG-0008).

The photographs were numbered in the order in which they were received by Archives. They include photographs of the City area in 1977, Council officers on the Strategic Plan Committee, artistic impressions of proposed development, graphs, and maps showing proposed involvement in the local community.
