The plans include details of property and buildings in the vicinity.

Council had planned improvements to Campbell Street by widening from the 1890s, however the matter was not settled until 1905.

These plans reflect Council's intended widening and final achievement. Details in the Town Clerk's Annual Report for 1905 include direct references to information shown on the plans in this series - for example, names of landowners and details of property settlement.
