Unique IDAS-0462Start date1st January 1893Start date qualifierexactFormatPlanDescriptionThis series consists of one plan showing the streets, wharves, land use, outline of dwellings, stores, high water marks, reclamation lines and fences in the Millers Point area. Specifically the plan shows survey details for the proposed widening and extension of Moore's Road. Moore's Road was renamed Dalgety Road in 1905.

The plan includes annotations and details of property boundaries. Structures made of wood, iron and brick are identified and all buildings, estates and wharves are named. Buildings include Darley House, Merriman Terrace, Kelso Villa, Spencer Lodge, Moorecliff House, Ophthalmic Hospital and Moores Stores. Wharves are named Smiths, Adelaide and Towns.

The plan is signed by N M Gordon, City Surveyor, and dated 1893. Plan Number S6-201/1 in CRS 521, City Engineer's Plans of Proposed Survey Work, is an 1892 version of this plan. It is not known why this plan was not included in the Departmental numbering system. A reference is included on the Moore's Road card in CRS 504, Street Index Cards, to this 1893 plan.
