The photographs were taken as reference for making models. DescriptionThe records in this series were the photographs taken by Council's modelmakers to use when they were creating models of the City for the Department. The photographs are of buildings and streets in the City and surrounding suburbs including Haymarket, Darling Harbour, Pyrmont and Ultimo.

The photographs primarily consists of 120 x 88 mm black and white photographs with some colour prints. Most of the photographs were annotated with the address of the properties and some of them were dated.
