These were the Health and Medical Services Review Sub-Committee, the Cleansing Services Review Sub-Committee, the Parks and Recreations Review Sub-Committee, and the City Library Review Sub-Committee.

The City Library Review Sub-Committee CA 148 was responsible for supervising the income, expenditure, and operation of the City Library. The members of the Sub-Committee were Aldermen Joan Pilone, John Harris, and Nanette Rudge.

The first meeting was held on 27 October 1975. Although the sub-committee existed until the end of September 1977, the last extant report is from a meeting on 5 May 1976. The sub-committees were not re-appointed when their terms expired at the end of September 1977.

The agendas and reports are the Acting Chief Committee Clerk's copies and are collated in one manilla folder.
