A separate manilla folder (or folders depending on the size of the project) is raised for each event or artist. The folders usually contain correspondence between the Festival and the artist/s, or their representatives, concerning travel arrangements, fees, and dates of shows etc.

They also contain copies of contracts, theatre layouts and stage plans, arrangements for props, reviews of previous performances, minutes of internal meetings, programs, sponsorship arrangements and budgetary matters.

The series also contains a number of market research reports commissioned by the Festival.

In 2013, when the Archives received a high volume of Heads of Department Production records, records were Archived at the box level.
