DescriptionSouth Sydney City Council established folders for each property in their Dataworks digital system, 2000-2004. Some internal correspondence was saved to these property folders if unrelated to development or building applications or if a Property File (AS-1227) did not exist. These were transferred to the City of Sydney in the amalgamation of 2004. Occasionally documents were added to Property Folders after the amalgamation with the City of Sydney in 2004. Where there are digital documents within these folders, the folders are transferred to archives when inactive. Empty folders are not transferred.LanguageEnglish (eng)
