The City Surveyor has required the 3 feet necessary to preserve the width at this corner be taken from Mr Joseph's land while the Executive Council passed the plan to have it taken from Mr Jones' land when his buildings are no longer occupied and stating the notice should be withdrawn and the matter discussed, should the City Surveyor have misread the Government documents and plans.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
