James Hart, solicitor on behalf of the trustees of the Waterloo Estate informing the Council that the works recently commenced on the north eastern side of the Randwick Road will have the effect of stopping the flow of the stream that runs through the estate's land and of seriously influencing the value of the estate. R. Driver, City Solicitor reports the Trustees of the Waterloo Estate have their remedy by an action at law.
