Complaint of damage after construction of [storm water] sewer from Abercrombie St to Blackwattle Swamp through yard of house of Mrs Hannah Ranger. Alleges damage to house and now 2' of water in house after rain. Intend to institute legal proceedings. Noted that sewer constructed, in June 1870, to avoid house, and extreme dilapidation of same.
