Millikin, 4 Hatyers Building, Crown Street, Surry Hills, brings to Council's notice the health risk of lead pipes and offers his services in electroplating the Corporation's water pipes. The City Engineer suggests a sample pipe might be tested and a price estimated for the supply to householders as the Council does not supply and fix the service pipes to homes.
