Various premises have connected water closets without self acting cocks: Mr Hayes, Castlereagh St; Nathan. Supt of Water Works has difficulty in getting agreement for water rates for closets. Mr Hennessy, Soda Water and Lemonade Maker is moving from Bligh to Castlereagh St, more commodious premises & will extend his trade considerably. Present rate is £10.
