(Note: on the western side of the wharf a great portion of the stores are unoccupied but those on the eastern end of this wharf are I was informed when down there let to a person having vessels plying there and occupied. Mr McNamara may upon application by an appeal to the last Court of Quarter Sessions holden this year have the property divided into separate assessments so that if any stores empty for the whole period for which the rate is ordered it may be exempted but as it stands now in the Assessment Book it is liable under the Act: J Grayson. 28/10/69.
