Corroborated by a Mr Millainay Publican, P Rice and Devenich Palmer Street. Mr Baker attempted to make a surface drain which has operated for some years. But had been then served a notice and connected to the sewer in James Street. Inspector R Seymour advised the Tiown Clerk that no such person as Thomas Jones was residing in James Street.
