De Lissa to the Mayor informing of the extreme discourteousness by officers of the Corporation by not replying to his previous letter and serving his tenants with distress warrants while he is in negotiations with the Council on the matter and after expressing in the previous letter that correspondence be sent to him, not the tenants. Included: Letter from C. De Lissa to City Treasurer stating notice that if further distress warrants be left with tenants at Roslyn Place, actions at law will be taken against the Corporation. Included: Letter from C. De Lissa to the City Treasurer stating there is an error in the rate of sewerage for Roslyn Terrace because they have no sewer and drainage goes directly into the waters of Rushcutters Bay.
