Acting on behalf of a Mr William Munro advise that while checking the conveyance, the allotments fronting Elizabeth Street starting from the corner of Bridge in the names of Caraher, Thorne and Raphael are correct. But a Mr Solomon's is 5ft north into Mr Raphael's, placing Mr Munro's and Mrs Farrell's short. Mrs Farrell will give 5ft to Mr Munro provided she receive's 5ft on her southern boundary.
