Signed by TH Nesbitt (Thomas Huggins Nesbitt) Town Clerk and witnessed by James Henry Merriman, and Contractor Hector McLeod of McLeod Brothers. Also signed by RH Brodrick and initialled and dated by JHM (James Henry Merriman) 12 May 1923. Initialled by WFW (Walter Frederick White) date obscured.
