The first page plan shows elevations, cross sections and details of gates and diving platforms and bears the inscription 'This is one of the plans referred to in the Agreement Specification and Conditions of Contract signed by us this seventeenth day of August 1907'. Signed by TH Nesbitt (Thomas Huggins Nesbitt) Town Clerk and Contractor Charles Callen, and witnessed by James Henry Merriman. Initialled and dated by JHM (James Henry Merriman) 6 Jun 1907.
