Bears the inscription 'This is one of the plans referred to in the Agreement signed by us this thirteenth day of October 1914'. Signed by TH Nesbitt (Thomas Huggins Nesbitt) Town Clerk and Contractor Charles Coleman and witnessed by James Henry Merriman. Initialled and dated by JHM (James Henry Merriman) 14 Sep 1901 and stamped 'City Architects Office Copy'.
