Plan shows a half elevation half section of the bandstand and a half plan of the amphitheatre. Bears the inscription 'This is one of the plans referred to in the Agreement Specification and Conditions of Contract signed by us this twenty ninth day of May 1911'. Signed by TH Nesbitt (Thomas Huggins Nesbitt) Town Clerk and Contractor Charles Coleman and witnessed by James Henry Merriman.
