Bears the inscription 'This is one of the plans referred to in the Specification, Agreement and Conditions of Contract signed by us this eleventh day of November 1903'. Signed by James Henry Merriman as witness and Contractors Grant and Craven. Also signed and dated by RH Brodrick City Building Surveyor 14 Oct 1903.
