The 1915 plan shows proposed alterations to doorways in 1921, however there is a notation which states 'Alteration not required vide letter from DGM (Deputy General Manager) of 5 Sep 1921' initialled and dated by JHM (James Henry Merriman) 5 Sep 1921. Original plan is also initialled and dated JHM 19 Jul 1915. Date stamped 'Architect and City Building Surveyors Department 16 Aug 1921'.
