NOTE: Additional image marked 0577-05 is a one page plan of Sydney Municipal Council Substation Number 132, Willoughby Lane, Crows Nest, showing site and location plan, elevations and cross sections. Signed by RH Brodrick and initialled and dated by JHM (James Henry Merriman) 27 Jul 1922 and WFW (Walter Frederick White) 27 Jul 1922.
