[Note: 25/8/59 City Engineer for report: GS. This house is assessed under Bond No. 583 for 11 rooms - it has been rebuilt and ther are now only 8 rooms. I would recommend that Bond No. 583 be cancelled upon payment of the arrears due to 30th June last viz. £6.17.6 and that a new bond be entered into by Mr Davis for 8 rooms from 1st July 1859: EB; 21/9/59.
