Heagerty, J. Maloney, E. Conners, Clary, Malone, Nester and Hogan, dismissed by Mr. Parker. Mr. Seymour, Overseer, provides references for the Carters. A quote by Mr. Parker was " Some cowardly rascal has sent a letter and put his name to it - now the water carters may go home and put their heads in a bag - they shall get no more work from me."
