He would make no changes to the scavengers until the 20 large carts are constructed at which time 20 carters and 20 labourers services could be dispensed with. He believes that four others currently employed on street traffic should be moved to sanitary inspection as the Metropolitan Transit Commission is satisfactory for traffic control in the city. He also recommends that two other persons at present on his paysheet be transfered to another paysheet as the work they do is no longer under his control.
