Our client, Mr Virgona erected a small wood shed at cnr Pitt & Albert Sts Circular Quay, which the Council required him to replace with a brick structure at considerable expense. No objection was made, but almost next to him, a wood and iron building, opposite the North Shore Ferry Co, is occupied by a direct competitor. We ask what the Council is doing about this? Notes: JRP: City Surv. RHB: another complaint from Virgona re Italian Fruit Shop, originally an office, now a shop, matter referred to CIty Sol.
