Advises having made an inspection of the Market Buildings in George Street reports in detail that the roof is in a dilapidated and dangerous rusty state with cracked and broken glass lights. Rot and decay is particularly noticeable in the front of the buildings with guttering and downpipes needing replacement and a tower at the northern end requiring thorough repair.
