Secretary, Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals - Women's Branch, Strathune, Glenmore Road, Paddington informing of the need for small drinking troughs for dogs as found in cities such as London, Glasgow and Edinburgh and requesting that the Council erect them at the fountains and horse troughs in the city. Notation that as eleven are already in use and as they cost £8 each would the Mayor recommend more.
