M Kelly, Darlinghurst Eastern Division, to RS: I am in a position to exonerate myself, 6 years ago, there were 13 carts employed, reduced by 4, and then another 2. Now have 8 for fourteen days and 7 the next 14 days. I period of 6 years here, over 100 houses erected in Darlinghurst and surroundings.
