John Stacey, Superintendant of Works at Moore Park, reports he found 3 horses at the back of the hill where only cattle are supposed to be. The Superintendant subsequently rose at 4.30 am and has found that William Fleming who drives 6 cows, was also driving some horses. Mr Fleming currently pays for 5 cows to graze at Moore Park.
