City Treasurer's Department - Ernest Pidcock with note signed CH Lines Mr Pidcock is a most careful & zealous officer and of the greatest service to this department.

Martin Carrick, Mayor's Orderly with note signed HJ Daniels Mr Carrick has proved himself a most trustworthy and reliable officer, since he has been in his position, and I would respectfully recommend that the Council consider this application.

WJ Griffiths City Surveyor's dept with note signed RWR Mr Griffiths is a thoroughly Capable Draftsman and Surveyor has been engaged for the past fifteen months latterly discharging the duties recently performed by the late Assistant City Engineer. His professional services and qualification entitle him to a staff appointment and I would respectfully recommend he be appointed as a Surveyor and Draftsman.
