BAKER.— On March 28, 1935, at his residence, "Curragh," Beach-street, Coogee. George Baker, beloved husband of Elizabeth Baker and loving father of Fred, Reg. L. ("Snowy"), Harald. Mrs. Jean Sime. and Frank Baker. Aged 92 years. [ref: The Sun 28 March 1935 p8]

Mr. George Baker, father of the famous athletes, Reg. ("Snowy") and Harald, and of Fred and Frank Baker, who were also prominent in sport, died last night at the age of 92.
