Includes letter from Thomas J Dickson Solicitor regarding draft lease for consent. Copy letter from J Neale Breden advising that Town Clerk has proposed an extension of Mr Cropley's lease at an increased rental subject to expenditure on permanent improvements. Letter from P S Dawson City Solicitor sending amended draft lease and requesting Council consent.
