View showing a four storey warehouse built in the 1880s. The building itself, numbered 331-337 Kent Street, was divided into four parts and each section leased separately. From 1917 the two central sections, 333-335 Kent Street, became the head office of Tucker and Co Pty Limited, spirit and wine merchants, occupying the building for 65 years. The warehouse was listed on the National Trust register in 1980. The Local Government Superannuation Board, which had purchased the subject site in 1984, engaged architects Frank Kolas & Partners to design a new nine storey commercial building, retaining the Victorian facade.
