Grace Brothers department store at number 436 to 450, a ten storey stone-clad building, was designed by Robertson and Marks in Commercial Palazzo style and built 1929 to 1930. Originally named Farmer's, it was taken over by Myer in 1961, renamed Grace Brothers after a further takeover in 1983, then rebadged as Myer in 2004. On the corner of the building is a sign advertising a Lego Safari. In the foreground are pedestrians, traffic and the Sydney Monorail.
