South Sydney City Council Properties Sub-Committee

Unique IDAG-0233DescriptionIn 22 March 1989, CA 233 SSCC Properties Sub-Committee was formed under CA 232 SSCC Finance Committee. Its purpose was to oversee the financial management of Council's properties and to maximise the revenue produced from these properties; this revenue being a substantial source of income for the Council. The Committee also became responsible for the licensing of footways in conjunction with outdoor eateries.
