The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for co-ordinating cross divisional projects and actions required to deliver on the Sustainable Sydney 2030 Plan. The position plays a key role in the development, design and improvement of systems and business processes to support the City's objectives and strengthen organisational efficiency and effectiveness [CEO email 15 July 2010].
