They were created by South Sydney Municipal Council Deputy Town Clerks Department AG-0020 (01/03/1972 to 01/03/1972).

The site was to include a supermarket on the ground floor, Council Chambers on the first floor, and office space on the second to fifth floors. The building did not proceed.
