Unique IDAS-0693DateBetween 1st January 1860 and 1st January 1926Date qualifiercircaFormatVolume - HardcoverDescriptionRecords issue of permits to construct buildings. Despite the title, application which were rejected are also registered.

Section (1), folios 1-12: covers the years 1887-1908. Records the date of the permit, name of the owner, number of houses to be built, building material, situation (address) of the building, and amount of the permit fee.

Section (2), folios 101-291: covers the years 1909-1923. Records application number, dates of application and approval, names of owner and builder, detailed description of the proposed construction, sometimes with a rough sketch, amount of permit fee, and (from 1911) value of the construction.

Section (3), folios 292-303: covers the years 1923-1926. Records only the number, name of owner, address, and fees and value of the construction.

Loose inside the volume are:
(1) Application for a Building Permit, completed form dated 28 November 1922 but not entered in the Register;
