This includes awards, the creation of new departments and positions, allowances paid to employees, issue of special clothing, leave to attend conferences and special events, the operation of the staff Dental Clinic, and retiring age of employees.

The cards record the date of the resolution of Council or Town Clerk's approval, related Town Clerk's Correspondence File numbers in CRS 34, and the subject.

The cards were indexed alphabetically by subject and given a single control number. The indexing seems to have ceased about 1973, although cards were still being prepared in 1974. The cards that have not been indexed have been left at the end of the run.
