Beside this is large building with sign for Excelsior Supply Company Limited and Rubber Stamp factory. Beside this DeVibriss Spray Painting and Finishing, and Furniture Kings. On the right on the corner of Shepherd Street is a Commonwealth Bank of Australia building, with signage for Mattie Doyle Violin Studio, that later became the Broadway Hotel at number 170. There is a man with bicycle in the foreground. George Street West was renamed Broadway in 1934.
