McGregor (owner of No. 49 Roslyn Gardens) for permission to erect on the site of premises Nos. 41 to 49 Roslyn Gardens Elizabeth Bay, an irregular shaped building comprising a basement, ground floor, open first floor, nine (9) upper floors for use as nine (9) two-bedroom type flats and sixty three (63) one-bedroom type flats, with provision for off-street parking for eighty (8O) cars.
