Includes Minute Papers, correspondence, list of signs on other buildings, site plan with the Harley building highlighted, application form and checklist, and plans of the sign by Claude Neon. There are several photographs of the building and views looking west from Cahill expressway near The Domain Macquarie Street, and from the building over Government House towards the Harbour.
