With the probability of the smallpox epidemic continuing and the basement being used as a Vaccinating Depot the smell of diinfectants would interfere with the comfort of patrons. Although small the Vestibule could serve as a Supper Room. Council advised that rent will stay the same whether the basement is used or not. LanguageEnglish (eng)
